Shipping Policy


We ship Monday - Friday via USPS using Priority mail, or First Class Mail (whichever you choose) for U.S. Customers.
We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, not counting holidays and weekends. However, this may vary due to order volume. Depending on order volume, shipping may take 1-10 days after receiving payment. Please understand that once your order has left our possession, it may take 3 to 10 business days to reach you. Insurance is not required, but recommended. We cannot issue refund or re-ship your package if it is lost in the mail and you did not purchase insurance. Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. 

* Please make sure your address is correct on our site and/or PayPal as SMM cannot be responsible if you have moved or reported an incorrect address. If package is returned to us for any reason that is no fault of our own, buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost. I also suggest and recommend insuring your package due to lost packages at the PO. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the package is in the hands of the USPS.

International Customers (outside the U.S.)

Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. International customers may choose between USPS Global First Class or USPS Global Priority.
•    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid by SMM.
•    Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
 •     If you prefer to have your order shipped with a tracking #, contact us so that we can provide you with the shipping cost for USPS Express Mail.
•    You understand that it may take up to 30 days or longer to receive your order due to USPS or Customs regulations..  SMM Cosmetics is not responsible for transit times.
